Fusilli with white sauce and mascarpone

  • Ingredients

    • Fusilli – 250gr
    • Smoked chicken breast – 200gr
    • Sliced mushrooms – 200gr
    • Green peas – 100gr
    • Mascarpone – 150gr
    • Salt, universal spice mix, pepper
  • How to prepare

    Boil the pasta in salty water.
    Cut the chicken breast into cubes of 1 cm and saute it in 30 gr of extravergin olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms.
    Add the peas and cook for a little while.
    Season to taste.
    Add the mascarpone, stir until it melts and turn off the heat.
