- Lasagne corte (wavy noodles) – 250gr
- Kaiser – 150gr
- cream – 200gr
- Grana cheese – 100gr
- olive oil, salt, pepper
Boil the pasta in salty water.
Cut the kaiser into small pieces (1cm) and saute in 30 ml of extravirgin live oil until it reddens.
Add the pasta and pour the cream, stir for 20 secondswhile still cooking, season to taste and serve with plenty of grana cheese.
