- Spaghetti – 250 gr
- peeled tomatoes – 300 g
- fresh whole shrimp
- - 250 gr
- a medium size onion
- extravirgin olive oil – 30 ml
- a glass of white wine
- salt, pepper, basil, chili pepper,garlic powder, bay leaves, sugar
Boil the pasta in salty water.
Saute a finely chopped onion in extravirgin olive oil.
Add the shrimps after rinsing them thoroughly.
Add a glass of white wine and let it simmer for 5-6 minutes, then mix with the pasta.
