- 250 gr. spaghetti
- 300 gr. peeled tomatoes
- a medium size onion
- 30 ml extravirgin olive oil
- 40 gr. seedless black olives
- 40 gr. seedless green olives
- salt, pepper, chili pepper, garlic powder, bay leaves, sugar
Boil the spaghetti in salty water.
Saute the finely chopped onion in extravirgin olive oil.
Add the peeled tomatoes and let it simmer.
Season to taste.
Add the sliced olives and a spoonful of sugar, stir and turn off the gas.
