- Fusilli – 250gr
- Smoked chicken breast – 200gr
- Sliced mushrooms – 200gr
- Green peas – 100gr
- Mascarpone – 150gr
- Salt, universal spice mix, pepper
Boil the pasta in salty water.
Cut the chicken breast into cubes of 1 cm and saute it in 30 gr of extravergin olive oil. Add the sliced mushrooms.
Add the peas and cook for a little while.
Season to taste.
Add the mascarpone, stir until it melts and turn off the heat.
